Applications for non-thesis and thesis programs are made online.

Candidates whose applications are accepted must submit the following documents to the Student Affairs Office in Maslak Campus in person or via e-mail when finalizing their registration.

Final Registration Documents
  • Notarized original of your undergraduate diploma, or if your diploma is not ready, original of your Provisional Graduation Certificate*
  • Photocopy of the front and back of the identity card (keep the original with you during registration)
  • Male candidates must obtain a newly dated military status document stating that "there is no harm in registering for military service", which they will receive from the military branch they are affiliated with**
  • Bank receipt showing that the tuition fee has been paid
  • 3 photographs with name and surname written on the back of each. Color photocopy or polaroid photo is not valid.

Işık University English Proficiency Exam Threshold Score is determined by the University Senate.

* Candidates whose diploma is not ready must bring the original of the temporary graduation certificate instead of this document. (Photocopies or original copies of the temporary graduation certificates are not accepted.) 
** Candidates who have completed their military service must bring the original of their discharge certificate or a photocopy of it.

Your final registration will be done at the Maslak Campus Student Affairs Office. A "missing document report" will be issued for those who have missing documents other than their diploma, and the registration of those who do not submit their missing documents by the end of the late registration period in the Academic Calendar will be deemed invalid.
