The project titled "Innovation: From Creativity to Entrepreneurship", which was first initiated by the ITB Department in the 2011 - 2012 academic year, has both education and application legs. Within the scope of the project, creative thinking training is provided in Işık kindergartens and primary schools, a total of 12 hours of "Creative Thinking, Innovation and Entrepreneurship" seminars are provided in Işık High Schools, and creative thinking, innovation and entrepreneurship training is provided in Işık University.
Successful business idea projects developed by students are supported by the mentorship of Işık High School and Işık University graduates, and the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Application and Research Center" planned to be established within Işık University in 2012 will help these students implement their projects, register products and brands and start their own companies. It is planned to provide support for their establishment.
The objectives of the "Innovation: From Creativity to Entrepreneurship" project are; First of all, to increase the excitement, awareness and motivation in innovation and entrepreneurship in the Işık community and to make this sustainable, to strengthen the sense of belonging and cooperation in the Işık community by bringing together high school, university and graduate levels, to create successful entrepreneurship stories from Işık universities and high schools and to increase the brand value of the institutions to their own students. to increase its projects by bringing stories to life.
