The Human Resources Department carries out all processes involving the planning, development, and continuity of the necessary human resources in line with FMV Işık University's mission, vision, and core values by using modern human resources practices.

Our human resources policy is to contribute to the personal, professional, and social development of employees by providing them with open communication opportunities, creating the appropriate employee profile according to the characteristics of each position, establishing and operating the best selection and placement systems to select suitable candidates for the job, to plan the most appropriate internal and external training that will contribute the most to the employee, to carry out activities to continuously improve the system by establishing solid infrastructures for academic and administrative employees separately for a fair performance evaluation practice, to work for the development of relations based on mutual trust and respect in a modern, Kemalist and peaceful working environment, with a participatory management approach.
